Meet the Owner
Peggy Peters is the proud owner of Teammates Center, which she opened on October 22, 2018 - fulfilling a long time dream of hers. A retired special education teacher of 30 years from Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools, Peggy dedicated her career to supporting and empowering her students.
Meet our Administrators
Ryan Bailey
Ryan has been a part of Teammates since June 2019. He began his journey here as a DSP, where he built strong connections and hands-on experience. From 2021 through 2024, Ryan served as our Client Intake staff, playing a key role in welcoming new individuals. Today, he proudly serves as the Director of Teammates and is a vital member of our administrative team. Ryan graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in 2017 and went on to earn his degree in Business Administration from Central State University in 2022. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing soccer with his friends. What he values most about Teammates is the services that we have to offer. He believes that even the smallest efforts can make a big difference and go a long way in the lives of the individuals we serve.

Joey Peters
Joey joined Teammates in June 2021 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. He loves the work he does and takes pride in building meaningful connections while helping individuals develop new skills. Growing up, Joey was inspired by his mom, which sparked his interest in this field. She was a special education teacher at Stow-Munroe Falls High School and more recently, the owner of Teammates Center LLC. A graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School; Joey was actively involved in both baseball and football. He is currently attending Ohio University, where he is pursuing a dual degree in special education and plans to graduate this spring.
Teagan Hallaran
Teagan has been a dedicated member of the Teammates Center team since February 2022. Teagan participated in the Teammates program all throughout her high school career at Stow-Munroe Falls High School; an experience that helped shape her passion for this field. Teagan serves as our Client Onboarding personnel and is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within our Complex Needs program. Teagan graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in 2022 and is continuing her education at Kent State University. She is a vital part to our team and is incredibly hardworking and loves making connections with everyone at Teammates!

Brianna Knull
Bri graduated from North Royalton High School in 2021 and later joined Teammates in June of 2023, starting out as a DSP. She graduated from Kent State University in 2025 with a bachelor's degree in professional studies and now serves as our Staff Onboarding and HR personnel. Bri played soccer and ran track in high school, which is where she gained a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Bri truly values the relationships she has built with the clients and understands the impact that compassionate, dependable staff can have on their lives. She takes pride in helping to create a supportive team environment for both the clients and staff!

Allison Dame
Allison is a 2015 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School, where she participated in the Teammates program and developed a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree at Kent State University in business administration, building a strong foundation in organization, leadership, and operations. Allison serves as our Compliance and HR personnel here at Teammates and she loves coming to work each day, knowing her efforts help strengthen the team and enhance the quality of support provided to our clients. Allison also runs our Extra Innings program on Saturdays, she enjoys supporting our individuals stay active in the community, even on the weekend!

Alexandra Lanci
Alexandra is a 2015 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School, where she participated in the Teammates program all four years. During that time, she volunteered alongside students with disabilities, supporting them in sports and school activities. With a professional background in sales, Alexandra brings strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail to her role on the Compliance team. She takes pride in being part of a team that makes a meaningful difference every day.

Vicki Stackpole
Vicki started working at Teammates in July of 2025. She is a dependable Administrative Assistant at Teammates Center who helps keep things running smoothly. Vicki enjoys working at Teammates and creating a welcoming environment for the clients to be a part of every day!
Ava Lanci
Ava has been a valued member of the Teammates team since May of 2022. She was involved in the Teammates program in high school where she developed a passion for the field. Ava graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in 2023 and now attends Kent State University. As the Program Coordinator, Ava plays an important role in supporting the individuals we serve to ensure that daily services run smoothly and that each individual receives the care and attention they deserve. Ava is dedicated to building meaningful connections with each individual.

Meet our Transportation and Maintenance Team
JoAnn Lightel
JoAnn has been an essential part of the Teammates team since 2019, bringing years of experience and dedication to her role as Transportation Supervisor following her retirement. She plays a vital role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly by coordinating safe, reliable transportation for every individual at Teammates. JoAnn is a true support system for the team. She is always willing to step in, problem solve, and make sure everyone is taken care of.

Leo Michalak
Leo graduated from Tallmadge High School in 2023 and has been a part of Teammates since August of 2023. Leo is a vital part of our Maintenance crew, and he helps keep our fleet of vans running smoothly! When Leo is not working on the vans, he enjoys spending time with the clients and engaging in fun activities with them.
Nick Peters
Nick joined Teammates in March of 2022 and is now a part of our Maintenance crew. Nick graduated from Tallmadge High School in 2023 and participated in the construction career program at Kent Roosevelt High School. While there, Nick learned hands on skills that helps him keep our centers up and running. Nick enjoys spending time and talking to all of the clients.
Meet our C.R.E.W. Team
Michael Christian
Michael graduated with a master's degree in social work from University of Akron in 2014. He worked in the field of chemical dependency prior to starting Teammates in March of 2021. He loves working with the individuals served at Teammates because they are so much fun! Mike also works with individuals in the C.R.E.W program.
Hailey Baynes
Hailey joined Teammates in August of 2025. She is the Stages 3 and 4 CREW Coordinator and handles the final stages of the CREW Program, whether it's in the community or through Teammates. These final stages include job hunting, applications, resumes, etc. Hailey loves seeing the clients take pride in gaining independence through meaningful employment.

Holly Blankenship
Holly has been a part of Teammates since October of 2023. She enjoys supporting individuals as they build confidence and develop meaningful skills. Holly has a special interest in helping clients explore opportunities related to job skills and employment, often through volunteering and hands-on experiences in the community.
Mike Milush
Mike joined Teammates in October 2025 as a member of the C.R.E.W. Program. Prior to joining Teammates, he was a Social Studies and Career Education Teacher at Stow-Munroe Falls High School. Teaching was a very rewarding career, and he finds teammates to be an extension of that. Mike says that he loves teaching and helping the clients learn about the world of work. In his spare time, Mike loves sports and the outdoors.
Meet our Supervisors
Olivia Schneider
Olivia has been with us since February of 2019. Olivia Graduated from Stow Munroe Falls High School in 2015 and Baldwin Wallace University in 2018. Olivia works with our individuals from the Hudson area and is the Supervisor at one of our sites in Hudson. Olivia has been a hard worker and continues to show her loyalty to Teammates as her time continues at Teammates Center. Olivia has also been a driver at Teammates for a few years and continues to impress Teammates Center and the families in Hudson. Olivia has been a strong asset in any of the previous or current positions she has or is currently holding. Olivia is now the supervisor at our Hudson Location!
Isabella Gordon
Isabella has served as the Supervisor at our Portage location since May of 2025. She is a 2021 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School and earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology/Criminology and Psychology from John Carroll University in 2025. Isabella is passionate about supporting the individuals we serve and is dedicated to helping them grow and achieve their personal goals. She loves getting to know everyone and spending time with our individuals.
Amanda Porchowsky
Amanda graduated from Stow Munroe-Falls High School in 2017. During her time there she was introduced to the Teammates class where her passion for working with our individuals began to grow! She has been with Teammates since August of 2025 and has recently transitioned into the role of Co-Supervisor at our Stow location. She loves working at Teammates and is grateful for the opportunity to work with each and every individual!
Meagan Hughes
Meagan joined Teammates in February of 2025 and is a Co-Supervisor for our Stow site. She graduated from Stow Munroe-Falls High School in 2022. Meagan is currently attending Kent State University and plans to graduate this Spring with a degree in Psychology. Meagan thrives on connecting with each person she works with - discovering what makes them unique, identifying their strengths, and customizing her support to help them succeed!
Mike Wilmot
Mike is a retired Police Supervisor and a U.S. Army Infantry Veteran. He attended Kent State University and graduated with honors. After his retirement from law enforcement, he worked for the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District in the Special Education Department for five years before retiring again to be a stay-at-home dad to his children, E'owyn and Logan. Mike returned again to the workforce and joined the Teammates staff in the fall of 2025. Mike enjoys the special bonds he makes at Teammates and always keeps a watchful eye. He is the supervisor at our Munroe Falls 1 site.
Nevaeh Boscarelli
Nevaeh started working with Teammates in July of 2023. She graduated from Independence High School in June of 2023. She is the Supervisor of our Bath location and is also a driver. Nevaeh loves working at Teammates and spending quality time with each and every client!
Shatica Wilkes
Tica is a Co-Supervisor at our Akron site. She has been a part of Teammates since March of 2023. Tica is a passionate worker that cares about the safety and well-being of our clients!
Jenifer Statler
Jenifer has been a part of Teammates since November of 2024 and is the Co-Supervisor at our Akron center. Jenifer has a bachelor's degree in Social Work and she is a dependable leader who always keeps the best interests of the clients as her top priority. Jenifer loves the clients she works with and has fun spending time with them every day, they are her favorite people!
Louie Aristide
Louie joined Teammates in March of 2022. He has been a dedicated member of our team for the last 4 years and is now the Supervisor at our Fairlawn site. Louie attended university for Sports Medicine before joining Teammates. Louie looks forward to coming to work every day and loves to socialize and build his relationships with all the individuals at Teammates.
Lindsay Conner
Lindsay has been a part of Teammates since August of 2025, but she has been supporting individuals with disabilities since 2006. Lindsay has a degree in speech and language pathology and audiology along with a master's degree in special education. Her passion is working with adults and helping them grow, succeed, and live fulfilling lives. Lindsay currently serves our individuals at our Fairlawn location.
Eartha Dalton
Eartha joined the Teammates Center team in November 2023 and quickly fell in love with the program and the many opportunities it provides for the individuals we serve. Eartha brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role each day. She is passionate about supporting clients and helping them experience the growth, independence, and meaningful opportunities that make the Teammates program so special.
Brian Blankenship
Brian graduated from Tallmadge High School in 2022 and has been a part of Teammates since 2021. Brian serves as a Supervisor float who supports all Teammates centers in assisting staff and supporting clients. He enjoys the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and makes a positive impact on those we serve at Teammates.
Meet Our Complex Needs Team
Beka Dudok
Beka has been a valued member of the Teammates team since March 2023. She is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Complex Needs program at our Akron location. One of the things Beka loves most about Teammates is the strong bond she gets to create with the individuals she supports. She enjoys watching them progress, grow more independent, and develop meaningful friendships with one another. Outside of work, Beka enjoys traveling overseas and exploring new coffee shops when she gets the chance.
Aigbe Okoh
Aigbe has been working in the field since 2010 and joined the Teammates team in June 2024. He works as a Behavior Technician (BT) in the Complex Needs program at our Akron center. With many years of experience, Aigbe is passionate about supporting individuals as they learn to adapt to their environments and develop important life and social skills. One of the things Aigbe enjoys most about Teammates is getting to know each individual and helping them build confidence while learning to socialize with their peers. He loves seeing individuals grow, share smiles, and have fun together.
Derek Lightel
Derek joined Teammates staff in February 2020. He attended Tallmadge High School and graduated in 2018. Derek is one of our Behavioral Technicians and is a vital part of the Complex Needs program at our Munroe Falls site. He is passionate about supporting our individuals and finds it rewarding to help them grow, gain confidence, and succeed in their daily lives. Derek is also a driver for Teammates Center.
Anthony Wagner
Anthony has been part of the Teammates staff since August 2023. He is a 2022 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School and he is currently continuing his education at Kent State University while working as a Behavior Technician (BT) in the Complex Needs program at our Munroe Falls location. Anthony appreciates the positive environment at Teammates and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while learning alongside each individual.
Adam Gilbow
Adam has been a member of the Teammates team sine 2022. He is a Behavioral Technician (BT) in the Munroe Falls Complex Needs program. Adam brings a steady and positive presence to his role and one of his favorite things about working at Teammates is being part of the everyday successes and watching each individual complete their goals.
Alexey Egersdorfer
Alexey graduated from Woodridge High School in 2023 and has been a member of Teammates since March 2024, serving as a Behavior Technician (BT) at our Munroe Falls center within the Complex Needs program. Alexey enjoys the opportunity to celebrate the small, meaningful moments which make a lasting impact on both him and the clients he supports.
Luke Abernathy
Luke joined Teammates in April 2025. He graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School in 2022 and is currently pursuing a degree in Special Education from Kent State University. Luke is another Behavior Technician (BT) at the Munroe Falls location. His favorite thing about Teammates is the variety that each day brings. Luke enjoys creating fun with the individuals while still doing meaningful, impactful work.
Jailyn Kent-Jones
Jailyn has been with Teammates since 2024 and is currently a Behavioral Technician at the Akron location. What Jailyn appreciated most about Teammates is how the experience has helped her grow into a better person, both personally and professionally. She takes pride in watching the individuals she works with achieve their goals and grow.
